I've read here that they aren't but reading the city's webpage seems to indicate that they may be allowed depending on what "zone" it's in, and some limit on number of STRs per development??

Third (I think by now ha) option is to sell off some of the acreage to a developer and make as part of the negotiations the building of your new home in terms of a discount maybe. 10 acres would accommodate current home, a modular home, a new build and maybe selling off a few lots it seems.
