Yeah, personally I would as long as it cash flows.

Did you require a personal guarantee or have some sort of due on sale clause similar to what a commercial promissory note would have?

On the renovation loans which I have personally used I have found local portfolio lenders.

Had a title search done(abstract service) House a tax lien(which i can pay, no problem) but it also has 3 personal liens on it. (2-of which i can have them sign off on the lien) the 3rd one is my issue.

I too think it is a personal choice that will depend upon where you are in your investment strategy.

I would definitely wait until you can see one in person too.

I was there last week and i visited Denver + Boulder + Colorado Springs and looks like Denver metro will touch both of neighbor city soon.
