I had some deals fall through due to not moving fast enough while others didn't get past initial negotiations.

I am a retired cop from Boston, moved to sunny Florida about 10 years ago.

They are paid up for rent for the month, the woman has moved out and the man and his children are still living there.

The story is this....the house has been abandoned for the past couple of months because the woman who lived there is older and moved in with her kids.

Maybe now it might be moving into the C area.

We solved this by converting a coat closet in the living room which backed up to the kitchen, into kitchen floor space where we put the fridge and then moved the stove to the old fridge spot, then put the new dishwasher in the old stove spot and topped it all off with granite.  

I want to move citys or states.
