“Financing in Mexico?

I'm still awaiting receipt of November's rent from Wake County Housing Authority for a property in Raleigh, NC - that I manage on behalf of a client, who I aided in buying the property as his Realtor.

If you're in SoCal, have you considered Vegas? 

It's been a while since this thread had started 😀I think the pref is reset every year so that GPs would get paid in that year.

My uncle is looking at selling an apartment building, and I would like to buy it using an owner carried loan, but didn't know how to bring it up in a way that makes sense for him. 

I would like to set up a sort of MBT for my family to build a portfolio of properties and set up a pay structure amongst three households to get equal dividends from the NOI.

PS since the bank is handling it and its all transparent and free to set up I assume that should be a good product for you as long as interest rates and fees are competitive there are folks out in the Either that try to suck people/investors into paying them for this info or how to set it up.. so good for your bank to launch into this with software were its at I suppose its not that difficult for you guys to do on the back end..
