Most of the people here are all about making places habitable-- which in turn, makes the location better !

The tenant screening portion is vital if you think theres going to be a recession.

I agree that this is a bad habit to let them get into and I will push to have this stopped.  

So if someone shows up with a well mannered dog chances are those skills and habits carryover into other parts of their life, like paying rent on time and not trashing an apartment. 

Bad habits on one will effect both.

whether the verbiage is in the contract or not Georgia courts have a habit of favoring the tenant when it comes to push a snd shove, especially a female tenant.

This Will become a habit and that's not acceptable.

In the beginning of any new tenant relationship we are pretty tough... because we have no history with them and don't know their habits... but if they have been with us one year or more we work with them if need be.   

I would imagine it would be similar to a doctor or hospital saying "eh, you're fine, and don't need a doctor" without actually taking vitals or whatever, and then that person dying.
