I have already listened to a few podcasts and plan to take part in the Webinars. 

My plan is to pay down one of the mortgages and refi in 18 months pulling out enough equity to purchase another home.

Since I was in Texas and planned on staying there, I found out that I was qualified to take a test and become a real estate broker, so I took the test and got a license but I never did that full time.Regardless of what I had, I felt more comfortable in the construction business.  

Plan for it.

Your plan is a good one in my opinion.

I plan on reaching my goal by flipping, wholesaling, and wholetailing. 

I think it would be great to have local Tulsa BP members meet and discuss their investments, plans and strategies.  

@Daniel Dietz, gotta have a credible/real plan to move in within 60 days of loan funding for it to be an owner occupant mortgage.

My plan is rent out each room.
