I then contacted Jefferson county and asked if there was a time frame within turning back over the papers with my signature the lady stated not until i hear something back from the former owners with the invoice i mailed them.

I had to do that last month with another property that they were managing poorly   :-(   Lisa, You seem like a nice, reasonable lady.

Got a contract on a burn house back in October from a driving for dollars one off post card, lined up a buyer, and had heir-ship issues (found a missing heir through skip tracing and turned out he was looking for 'blood' on the lady trying to sell the house) which caused it to fall through.

I never had a problem with renters having a dog, but I had to see it and allowed them with a damage deposit in some cases.I just have no problem with a tennant 60 yr old lady with a mature poodle that is house broken and there is a yard for it....

At work, a lady mentioned if she had to start over, she'd have some rental properties and got me thinking... that's a great idea!

Moving this lady and demolishing the block seems like it was the right move, but it certainly should have been done in a more collaborative and responsible way.
