I do not have any managing experience of this kind of commercial property (I did not know lenders are able to consider this).I appreciate the input here, it gives me a better idea of future issues to solve.

I say do Both...but I actively trade currency and It's kind of nice not to have to deal with people, banks and properties when you are trading ;D I can do much better than 10% per year trading on my own, but there's +'s and -'s with any investment.But I enjoy doing both so I can't see me giving up one to do the other solely.

We want to put a minimum investment of $250K, because our rationale is that anyone putting up that kind of cash will not be as focused on a daily basis of "what their money is doing" etc.
