The Atlanta chapter has lots of very experienced people who love to share their knowledge.  

To me, and I think most experienced investors, look at them as a separate category than Hard money lenders.I would only work with Hard money lenders I knew or that people I know have worked with.

So grateful to have a platform such as this to assist under experienced, potential investors with getting into the game without trying to have us pay the cost of a surgery.

This group seems very knowledgeable and experienced.
