Looking to Lease or rent Properties For Air BNB / Property management.

Natural air currents will draw the smoke up the stairs to the next floor, so I recommend placing the smoke detector at the stair entrance, mounted on the wall just below the joists.

Air and ocean temps will continue to rise, storms and flooding will become more extreme. 

I have seen some investors reach out to home owners hungry for money seeing if they would be interested in turning their property into an air bnb.

I was looking through the resources on here and there appears to be a pay-for-info subscription for this AIR DNA.Do they handle the management or can they direct me to a firm or firms if I decide to go that route.

My reason for purchasing is to rent it out on Air BNB, hoping to make great returns.
