We will roll profits into apartments 4 income How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

So quick question:How would you go about analyzing a 5 door commercial apartment property where you would want owner financing or a master lease to purchase it?

My team and I are working on a mid 70s 150 unit apartment rehab and our hallways smell like must and old smoke due to limited/low airflow in the 4 feet wide by 200 feet long enclosed hallways.

But I can't find any information on any apartments.

I qualify for the loan with my income alone without her being apart of the process and to me didn’t seem necessary and wrote a letter of explanation stating that. 

@Theresa Harris we have owned every type of property you can imagine from single family, duplexes, tri’s, quads, apartment complexes, vacant land and commercial properties.

Advice on inviting this tenant to be a part owner?

I have a tenant who lives in one of my apartments who has given notice to move out on May 31st.

The owner also has a 25 unit apartment complex that he is looking to sell down the road that I am very interested in.

My grandmother is sitting on about $26,000 and knows I just began investing in real estate so she is offering to "gift" me that if I buy a SFH that also has some kind of coach house or apartment on the property (this way I would be close if she needs assistance, but not too close where we are actually living with each other).I'm having a hard time finding these types of properties in suburban Illinois.
