I use AirDNA every day for my STR investors in Colorado and always see the "for sale" properties listed on AirDNA in Denver ... except that Denver does not allow short term rental investment properties.At least here in Colorado -- and I'm guessing it's true in VA -- there's no reliable database of STRs for sale.
