I am new to the website but I've been on the Podcast for sometimes, where would I find the "Deal finder" features that was talked about on the podcast, I've been looking around but couldn't seem to find it, thanks

Increasingly when investors share links with us it is often on Redfin - we prefer the data points but for our usages is actually less functional. 

They have a payments 3rd party website, but it's hard to find the link from their main website.

For example: - how to open up accounts for the utilities (websites, account names, passwords, any issues/problems);  record who I spoke with and their contact information and particular notes; when conversations took place and means of communication; follow up tasks needed and those completed.- When payments are due (mortgage, various taxes, insurances, etc.), records of payments, account numbers, etc.- various contacts' information (when met, skills, phone number, email, etc)Is there a program that incorporates a variety of record keeping tasks?  

I think you’re onto something, but Brett raises an important point — the baseline tools (like BP’s HouseCanary integration or even just ChatGPT with a Zillow link) already cover a lot of ground.Where I see real value is in the hyper-local layer.

Like I stated we have about 25 people ask but I’ve been sending link to do checks first and no one has responded and filled them out.
