While I could absolutely continue to use my personal bank (SoFi) I want to prepare for the future.

We stock supplies in the owners closet for the whole season and on units that do not have adequate space we buy a large locker and keep it in the master closet locked for cleaners.  

@Jamie Banks if you are using them for account too, I can see it but is there any advantage if you use your current bank?

Banks around me are happy to sign extensions.

I am curious to know what loan terms you guys are getting (down payment, interest, length, and when those interest payments are due), and which banks are you guys using.

I currently work in New York City doing investment banking.

I would recommend one bank account and credit card per LLC.
