I've honestly just had so many insane real-life business things going on - Been traveling Central Asia for work and doing international business deals. 

Nothing more frustrating for guests than trying to get help from someone in East Asia.

And for sure when I go to Asia or Europe its always a bizz class seat ( lie Flat).. the thought of being scrunched in in coach I just cant handle.. :)  Although sometimes one has to as its the only plane that flys like to small markets were I go fishing. 

I started my AIRBNB 'career' arbitraging my Venice Beach Bungalow while I traveled SE Asia from 2015-2017 (before any regulations/rules) and invested in my first STR in Oregon back in 2018 after experiencing the potential first hand.  

Market is India or China.Versus 1,2,3  Asia uses A/B/C/Rough.

Both Europe and Asia were in chaos and/or burning, not to mention all developed areas of Africa and Middle East.

I would just be careful if you have the right to the land as well, becasue some countries in Asia only will allow you to own the actual property.
