I am currently looking into applying for a credit card in hopes of liquidating the credit limit via bank transfer, and I am curious if anyone has experience doing that.Main concerns:1) How badly does it ding personal credit?

I need to open a Business Bank Account and I’d like advice on where to look.

Our business partner took all the money out of the business account and did not pay the mortgage.

It’s how you catch the 70%+ of applications that contain some form of income misrepresentation.Screening is where you make or lose money in this business.

I am interested in buying a self-storage business that will come with the real estate on it.

Seems sketchy, have to take into account the low credit score. 

Few things I notice when having credit discussions with clients...1) Try not have have max utilization of a charge card / credit card / etc. be over 30%.

I set the Credit Score as 650+ negotiable in Zillow and I had two immediate applications with very bad scores. 

The bank letter of credit guarantees the bank will pay the amount of money required.

You can try to do your best by trying to differentiate your property or find a different business model or sell, especially if you still can do it at a profit.
