Everyone has cell phones with built in alarms.

We use Zillow to avertise, MySmartMove (Transunion) for background checks, Google sheets of course, bookkeeping  is completely outsourced and they use Quickbooks (I died on that hill more than once, best decision ever to outsource), for communication a seperate cell phone and it's mostly text messages, rent collection via my bank (ACH), and maintennace in a spreadsheet (how much maintenance are you planning on doing??)

Cell phone pictures and texts from the GC doesn't cut it.

Leaving it up to be judged for you by a $2/hr overseas CSR that are known to be complete wildcards.So you're driving on a family trip to Vegas, and your cell phone cuts out of service for a bit. 

It's a bit like a land line, do they work yes, but we all still own cell phones.   

I have not because I don't usually have internet on site, but now I have an apartment building to manage, and potentially the scale makes it make sense to have internet for such a large building for locks/exterior cameras/monitoring, and with cell phone companies now providing internet, internet may be cheaper.   

It would also make the PM more efficient because they would really want to make sure their visits are low, get properties rented quickly with additional marketing efforts, not use cell phone photos, etc.

Can’t you get another cellphone number, especially an e-sim without any, or very little  data for $10/mo?
