I agree that it can be powerful when you want to take a stream of conscious thought and make it digestible for others, but on forums like these, where there is a high value put on personal relationships (even virtually), it does not come across as "working smarter". 

They are professionals to be conscious of their time.

I would respectfully let them know you expect it back by 5 PM the next day . if they are not time conscious with the lease, they will probably often be late with the rent

While you can make snow removal their responsibility in the MTR lease, it’s always a thoughtful (and liability-conscious) move to handle it yourself when possible.
