If that would be a debilitating thing for you, then think twice about holding onto the house.  

Before my first flip, I wish I had known how debilitating working alone can be.How much it takes out of you to show up at the job site day after day after day and put in the hours alone.

The fear of the unknown and fear of losing a lot of money can be debilitating so I have to get past that thus I am looking for a simple launching deal.

But in all reality, it can either be a wonderful and empowering decision, or a horrible and debilitating decision.

I could lose my job at anytime, but instead of trying to make it impossible for my employer to fire me, I budget, save, and invest so that the effects of unemployment would be less debilitating.

You're unlikely to see many of your tenants, on average, suffer from debilitating effects of COVID, should they be vaccinated, as well.

They may not die from it, but they can be debilitated for many weeks or months. 

The only debilitating factor is the >20% down payment.

Since the niece wasn't the tenant, and I'm guessing that evicting someone as painfully and extremely debilitated as the aunt (extreme arthritis?)
