As best I can tell it compels the seller to go through what it calls a Tax Confirmation Suit, which is a specilized kind of quiet title action.

I am sure there is a good software suite sub $1k/yr that would do the trick... just curious what others are using.Starting to dig into Tenant cloud, baselane, turbo tenant, etc.Main things that come to mind that I really want are:    - automated rent collection (free ach, a fee is a scam)    - maintenance requests in tenant portal    - book keeping (hopefully real estate specific like stessa style) - easy onboarding & tenant managementAppreciate any conversation in advance -

I typically go for a modern look in my houses and it goes with the trend - grey walls, stained wood, white doors and either stainless or black fixtures.

Great news for landlords ...Governor Greg Abbott today ceremonially signed Senate Bill 38 and Senate Bill 1333 into law to close loopholes, remove squatters, and Senate Bill 38 (Bettencourt/Chen Button) streamlines the eviction process by clarifying venue requirements and establishing consistent timelines for trials and appeals, including a requirement that a court hold a trial in eviction suits within 21 days of a petition being filed.Senate Bill 1333 (Hughes/Leach) empowers sheriffs and constables to take action quickly when a property owner submits a sworn complaint that a squatter has taken possession of their property unlawfully.

Thanks, I honestly have 0 experience in regards to decor and I was winging it with getting advice from the handyman. my original thought was to give the back splash a dove Grey color subway tile setup. but this one is definitely better looking. the epoxy finish to the countertop is quite a nice fit to it. though, I'm not expecting it to last that long. but the property will profit. mortgage is at $981 per month. if I rent it for $1,600 per month 12 month lease.
