I Have relatives that have a property in Greece, we have had several vacations there and just spending a few weeks on a Greek island at the start and the end of the season is my goal for retirement.

Student population, there is tenant demand because there is no Greek housing (Fraternities and Sororities) and you can rent by the room.

And I still want to do the Money Podcast eventually and try to explain the connections between radical political instability and personal financial independence, from the perspective of having a family caught in the Greek debt crisis.

I also value what their major is and if they're doing any clubs/greek life.

Personally I wouldn't even attempt to STR anything outside of "Greek-town" but that's me. 

I left Greece in 2007, just before the bottom fell out of the Greek economy, came to the USA and married a Russian/Ukrainian immigrant in 2012.
