Live with family, stack cash, learn the numbers, analysis the market for a year, and then go find/buy/create a deal you can't pass up.

The reason it won’t work is that “low end” assisted living is not profitable.  

It would be a Boutique Class A home for between 6-8 people in one of the top 3 metros for assisted living.

There's huge demand for this space as more people age and need these types of living environments.

We live in the Dallas area, but are doing some investments in the Waco area to start with.

Co-Living is tricky with tenants getting along and overall liability but is a great way to increase income.

Nice work turning that into a co-living play.
