@Roger Hobbes What I had in mind & meant, was to take a business credit card that has 0% financing and liquidate the card.

Do a little research on using CC's for your business and paying 0% interest - there are quite a few people who teach about this.

Treat it like a business from day one write down who’s contributing what, how ownership will be split, and what happens when you sell or refinance.
