How do I go about finding a financial advisor with real estate experience?

Do my wife and I need a financial advisor (or anything in that realm) this early in our careers?

I often see posts from Investors claiming they cannot obtain financing with the property titled to an LLC, but in actuality, they merely misunderstood they cannot get approval without a personal guarantee which requires credit check and review of personal financials.

I would say a general range would be $2,500 - $5,000 per year.On the financial planner side, I'd recommend getting a fee only CFP.

Umbrella coverage is merely additional GL coverage that's only relevant if you exhaust your GL limit coverage.

Lending is not really a RE brokerage activity, so don't rely on brokerage services to cross the river into financial services.
