When I started House Hacking New Jersey I to was union carpenter. 

I don’t have a lot of capital to start with, so I’m trying to be intentional about choosing the most realistic strategy from the beginning. 

Information and skill to utilize mentoring with, and apply all of the above for resources to get started with, or put in the right direction.

When we started slowly one house per year or more we just paid a capital gains tax in a single member LLC, but now we are much busier and switching to C-corp LLC and Just wondering how flippers are structuring each job?  

Best way to start is connect with people doing what you want to do and repeat what works.

I would like to leverage that equity of my now completely paid off rental to get started.

I am local investor here in Atlanta and can certainly share ideas.
