The HOA and property manager defer me to law enforcement, but the police visit the property, but the noise still continues. 

Any time a neighbor complans to me as an owner or PM, my response is the same; "That's terrible, call the police right away."

Providing a copy of the police report is very important

So by listing all of those things, the site makes it look like you have all of them, even though some have the X by them meaning that you don't have them.I wouldn't mention the police station unless someone asks.And yes, I do think you should put one photo of the patio view, especially since it looks pretty clean even though it's not scenic, and there are no neighbors staring at the guests so it's fairly private, which is a good thing.  

You can call the local police and see if any police have been dispatched to the address.

I got a call from the local police that I had two fines to pay for not showing up for jury duty.
