No credit score loans are possible, but as you noted, the rates are not nearly as good. 

Look at the items on the credit score.

I set the Credit Score as 650+ negotiable in Zillow and I had two immediate applications with very bad scores. 

That is a big myth, they absolutely take into account credit score.

Tread carefully when it comes to accepting tenants that don't meet your desired credit score. 

A personal guarantor is needed and the credit score will be one of the items that structure the loan.
