Where are you connecting with land owners for small redevelopment? What data sources? Looking for help.

Of course, check reviews too and maybe get some referrals from existing clients, but at some point, there will be a lot of green flags for your CPA. 

I don't know who your client banks with but as a former Canadian who moved to USA, I always used TD Bank.

Agents can  make suggestions but agents are going to write up what their clients like and want to offer on..
