My name is Jason Muenchow. My main job is as a social worker working with the homeless in Manatee/Sarasota County area. I do have my Realtor license and I work in the field part time and for my investments.
I served in military and maximized VA loans. Currently with 12 homes and was able to flip homes while performing two 1031-exchanges. I'm currently retired with military retirement and rental property income. In the future I'll be expanding with multifamily investments and an occasional flip... for fun of course.
My partner and I moved to NYC in 2009 from Australia. We lived in NYC's Chinatown, Brooklyn and the East Village until Summer 2016. June 2016 we ended up in Los Angeles. I'm self employed. My wife Sarah works for an Australian company and spends her time between Australia and Los Angeles. We own and live in a duplex in Silverlake, LA.
