I am a real estate investor who has aquired three properties as buy and hold for long term dividends. I recently retired from public service and used some of my portfolio to purchase long term investments. I usually purchase one property a year to supplement my income.

I'm a working professional in Northern Virginia interested in acquiring some investment properties to help grow my nest egg.
