Hi everyone! I am a construction manager & work for a large general contractor & am currently based in San Diego. I have no real estate experience but am interested in investing in buy & hold rental property & in learning ways to get financing.
I'm just getting involved in Real Estate, encouraged by my move to a 1st position Heloc for my house. I want to make my money work for me.
