I am a former realtor and have always had an interest in real estate as a long term investment. Having gone through a divorce recently I am looking for ways to increase and or supplement my current income.

Current real estate in Florida. Started out managing an REO portfolio for a small brokerage. I closed just about 8 mil my first year without any experience...but without any free time as well. Made a transition over to the retail side recently and always looking for opportunities.
