Young strong willed invester looking to make my way into the real estate world
I've owned a number of homes since 1986, done work on all of them, and currently own an old schoolhouse in coos county oregon. I received my real estate salespersons licence in california in 2009 but never worked in the industry. I'm considering getting involved in flipping residential properties in the near future.

I have been an agent for 10 years and rehabbed a few homes. With the area's I cover I am noticing big profits and more distressed homes to come on the market and it's time to move on my goals- fixing and flipping. I am looking for that partnership of investing with a positive return.
