Hi! I am an IT Manager in the Houston area. My wife and I are total newbies to real estate investing. We have several friends who have been investing in rentals and BRRRRs. I am a General Contractor specializing in multi-family developments. I will be retiring end of 2025 and relocating to Greenville area of South Carolina. Presently we own one rental property full and clear. I intent to buy and flip 2 or 3 houses a year to keep me busy.
