I understand that working with Realtors while building your investment portfolio is not highly desirable. However, I am a Realtor looking to work with investors to strengthen their portfolios and/or assist with creating their new portfolios.

New to real estate investing. Currently finishing coursework for RE license. Plan to begin wholesaling in order to increase my existing capital and scale up my ability to flip. Looking to focus on flips with an ARV > $100k. Long term I would like to build a substantial portfolio of passive income.
