Some family members opened their own real estate investing company and asked me to help out. I primarily handle quickbooks but I'm also learning about different markets and strategies. I hope to one day be a real estate pro so I can help the company grow and invest in my own property.
I am the owner of Oat Design + Build and am a licensed contractor in Wisconsin.
I am looking to network with local investors who are searching for a trusted contractor to either analyze a scope of work needed on projects or to do the work itself; or both.

I love real estate. I think it's the way to go to reach my goal of financial independence/freedom. I'm here to learn from others about buying and holding and also to make some connections. I need mentors, and advice.
