Hungry and motivated to learn about all aspects of real estate investment. Left behind my career as a Network Engineer due to illness and looking to make a life and income that does require being in an office 60 plus hours a week.

Looking to generate passive income in real estate. I have personally built 3 houses in my lifetime. In our last house we executed a lease purchase agreement for 18 months then sold the house. This was a good experience and causes me to want to get more involved in real estate investing.
