I'm a bored insurance professional looking for a more interesting and rewarding to go through life. My sole real estate experience had me losing over $40,000 after buying a condo in 2005 and selling it in 2014.
I've always had an interest in this but have not pursued this passion as I have lacked adequate cash flow.
