I've been investing in real estate for about 5 years. I've had a few rentals in CO but am investing more out of state now that the prices in the CO Front Range have gotten so crazy high. I have a 12 unit building in Milwaukee and am currently looking for areas to invest where I can get about an 8% cap rate (after management, etc.)
