Lurker with one reluctant rental.
I am interested in creating a portfolio of rental properties to provide passive income to enable me to retire. I did have one rental property in Texas but I learned not to own rental property at a distance where I cannot drive there myself.
Currently own 6 SFH rentals and 1 STR. I also work with investors to find and buy SFH and mutli-family buildings.
