My name is Frank Houston. I work full time as Director of an IT department. I am also a Realtor. I got interested in investing in real estate a few years ago. I explored various coaching, seminars, clubs, and organizations. I joined Biggerpockets as a way of meeting people actually investing in real estate in the Houston market.
I'm a tech sales exec and new real estate investor based in Phoenix, AZ. I'm looking to make my first investment property purchase (2nd property - own primary residence) later this year. Strategies I'm interested in are BRRRR, mid-term rentals and out-of-state in markets I'm personally familiar with from travel (Ex. Louisville, Omaha).
