Investor from California.
I am currently focused on doing Fix-N-Flip JV's and Lend Gap funds in small amounts to my network colleagues.
My Goal is to buy and hold properties as passive income, continue with Fix-N-Flips JV's , and start lending at larger amounts (PML).
