I’m looking to flip single family homes and land lording multi family homes in the east Texas area.
Bought my first house for $25k while I was in college. Put some work into it and rented it out to a few roommates. My mortgage was under $200, cash flowed enough to cover it, all utilities, and have some to stash away.
That was 15 years ago. I’ve loved real estate ever since.
