I am a dentist by trade, looking to take some extra cash and diversify my portfolio. I have worked along side my parents in both short and long term rentals and am looking to take on the responsibility on my own now. As a father of a newborn I am looking for as passive of an investment as I can find.

I am primarily an investor based out of the Broward area. But I also look into other areas I am looking to meet new wholesalers and Investors who want to JV. Make sure to Friend me and connected with me.
PS. I like to digest data and come up with good deals myself. Not against Wholesaling to other Investors as well.
