My name is Shawn, I'm a 31 year old that works at a chemical manufacturing facility. I am newer to real estate investing, live in Northwestern PA, and I have 2 rental properties and sfh that I live in. My goals are to grow my rental portfolio and to build up my network.
I currently own one investment property that I am rehabbing with the intention of short-term renting it. From there I plan to scale up with additional STRs.
