Hi BP, I'm from Ypsilanti, MI. I got interested in learning more about REI after listening to a personal finance podcast about Buy and Hold investing. I've read a couple of books now and have been listening to the BP podcast as much as I can. I'm looking forward to getting started in Real Estate Investing!!!
I am a 24 year old youth pastor in Winterville, NC. Obviously people in the Ministry do not set out to make a lot of money (If someone is in it for the money, they're seeking the wrong profession!), so I'm looking to supplement my income with investments in rental property and flipping property.
I'm by nature a IT professional and tech geek. The last 6 or 7 years I have become interested in stocks, real estate, and being a better entrepreneur. Real estate is really an exciting industry that can bring joy and wealth to everyones family.
