I have 35 yrs in construction, This passed year I got 2 houses to flip , like to keep 1 for rental ,and keep on flipping . Would like cheaper money for flipping. Gary

We remodel foreclosures and sell for top dollar. We only work in our immediate local. We like to focus on ranch houses in the 150-200k resale price.
We have flipped 7 houses in the last 2 years. We pay cash on purchase and have a solid line of credit.
