I am a retired forester. i am searching for the perfect forest or wooded land that i can make into a perfect forest. I am on a small fixed income and can't invest, but interested in tax sale as a means to become a land owner.
I've been interested in real estate for around 20 years. I held a license in CA for a short period where I learned mortgages and sales. I would love the opportunity to learn the investing and wholesale business in an arena that is real and ethical.
I am a 29 year old construction worker & equipment operator in the gas & oil industry and one-time superintendent, and a soon-to-be father. I want to be able to give the best for my son and family without missing all the holidays and baseball games.
