I'm thinking about retiring in the next year or two. My son would like for me and him to invest in real estate. I would also like to possible learn about becoming a private money leader. I don't have a lot of money for investing. I'm not sure exactly how much is necessary to get started.

I've always been interested in real estate investing, just need to just do it as they say. I am a newbie as they say 54 yrs old should have started 30 yrs ago. would like to start wholesale flipping,then move on to bigger an other things in the market.
