Recently moved back to CO after a 5 year finance stint in NYC. In May I bought an old home (1890s) in the Wash Park West area of Denver. Currently remodeling it full-time and working on my game plan to rent short or long term. Bonus points for any tax perspectives regarding those two alternatives!
I have been a Paramedic for 14 years. During CoVid I have stepped up to be a stay at home dad. While my kids are distance learning I am working on building my real estate business.
